What I'm working on now:

• Account management + product strategy at Danfoss, driving growth for a $400M key account and building internal AI tooling to surface market/competitive insight in seconds instead of weeks.

Previously:

• Architected the next-gen climate controller stack (7 interdependent SW systems), aligning senior engineers and OEM stakeholders to de-risk delivery and define KPIs for rollout.
• Sole-inventor patent filing at STMicroelectronics for user orientation detection using low-res depth data on resource-constrained sensors (~2kB RAM), plus LiDAR ML work that beat a state-of-the-art baseline by 23% with a 10kB model.
• Motor-calibration firmware at Universal Robots that cut error from 27% to <3% and standardized deployment across robot joint sizes.

What I build:

How I work:

• Strategy to Execution: I translate "where we're going" into roadmaps, interfaces, and data flows people can actually use.
• Bias for clarity: Decompose problems, define KPIs, and instrument the loop so decisions improve over time.
• Speed with rigor: Ship quickly, but with the measurement and guardrails that let you keep shipping.
